No Sound or Audio Being Passed Through Switch

Issue: I can see the image being displayed, but I do not hear any audio or sound.

• Check that all connections are firm and making good contact. 
• Check the power status of devices connected to the L/R RCA Output Ports & SPDIF Output port. 
• Speakers / Audio Receiver / Power Amps
• Confirm with user the correct HDMI input is selected using the Switch button on the unit or the '1 2 3' Buttons on the remote
• Check the audio output setting of the HDMI Input devices (BluRay / Game Console / Cable Box)
• 2.0 channel / 5.1 channel
• Note that L/R RCA Output supports 2.0 PCM Audio
• Note that SPDIF Output supports 5.1CH Dolby Digital, DTS Audio
• Match the Audio Output setting (2.0/5.1) of the input device to the switch using the Audio button on the switch or the 2.0 & 5.1 buttons on the remote
• If the user is using ARC (audio return channel) via the HDMI Output, be sure to push the ARC button on the switch. 
• When using ARC, audio is available via SPDIF Output
