Overview:

The JTDSDI0104 is an SDI 1x4 splitter that supports SD (270Mbps), HD (1.485Gbps) and 3G-SDI (2.97Gbps) up to 400m. This unit has an SDI Repeater Function that provides equalized and re-cloaked transmissions, with support for input/output distances of up to 400m for SD/HD-SDI and up to 100m for 3G-SDI via a Belden 1694A cable. This unit has wide voltage design, with support for DC5V~30V input. SDI input can be automatically detected for a simple, plug and play design. As with all J-Tech products, this unit comes with free lifetime support. 

Application:

1. Connect a single source to the SDI input.

2. View a single source to up to 4 SDI outputs.

Setup:

1.  Prior to powering the unit on, connect all SDI outputs and desired SDI source. 
2. Power on the unit. 

Troubleshooting:

1. Power
   • If the device is not powering on, confirm the functionality of the adapter, by plugging into alternative ports and electrical outlets. 
2. Video
   • If one or more outputs are not being displayed, while others are, confirm the functionality of the SDI cables, including the lengths at which each cable runs. 
   • If no displays are showing, confirm the functionality of the input SDI cable. 
   • If the cable works directly and the video still cannot be seen, the problem is likely with the unit itself; contact J-Tech for support.
3. Audio
   • If you are unable to hear audio, confirm the functionality of all SDI cables in use.
   • Ensure that the input device is accurately picking up sound.
